Hi there. I am this mixed chick that mixes it all up. I act in an occasional gig, write plays, books, TV pilots. Folks pay me to help plan and resource their social events.I seek out stars, hearts and smiley faces where ever I am.Esther Friedmanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00747405375956519742noreply@blogger.comBlogger40125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-809351136694693068.post-63721662384224514702017-03-25T12:13:00.001-07:002017-03-25T12:13:16.616-07:00Esther Friedman introduction as Certified EFT PractitionerEsther Friedmanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00747405375956519742noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-809351136694693068.post-26089242716022340232015-02-03T07:45:00.001-08:002015-02-03T07:45:32.017-08:00On the film set of Hysterical Historical HillaryEsther Friedmanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00747405375956519742noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-809351136694693068.post-72253460804262258722013-11-02T14:41:00.001-07:002013-11-02T14:44:22.980-07:00Esther Friedman shoots short film with brilliant 14 yr old Filmmaker Sam Friedman

I would smoke my cigarette in the car on my way to the gym before and after my workout.

One of the reasons it was so hard for me to get off cigarettes was because I was so hard on myself. I would tell myself I should be able to just stop smoking. The worst was when I use to tell myself I can just have one. Both not true.

I realized I couldn't do it on my own. I had to find a gentler way to heal from all the abuse I was putting in to my body. I also had to feel which was the scariest thing of all. Instead of having my feelings I would say I could just have one cigarette. It didn't work. The truth of the matter feelings are not facts and they all pass.

I'm grateful for putting down cigarettes with the help of my peers...people like myself who were hard core smokers who know how hard it is to quit when you don't want to. You just need to be willing. I challenge you to try on November 18 The Great American Smoke Out as the day you quit smoking. Take it one day at a time , one hour, one minute. If you'd like to know more of what I'm putting down email me on the side. :)

Below a video with the folks that helped me on my journey to quit smoking.

Esther Friedmanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00747405375956519742noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-809351136694693068.post-81899292917654114182010-11-01T12:49:00.000-07:002010-11-01T12:49:30.401-07:00Smile Portrait Project: EstherSmile Portrait Project: Esther: "Esther is a good friend of mine - I've known her for about 5 years now (is that right Esther?) Even if I didn't have a nice smile it's still inviting if I am smiling. That goes for anyone who smiles. Smiles really bring out the inner beauty of people. Seeing children with cleft lips/ palates in photos and thinking that these kids will possibly be shunned based on what they look like visually just rips me up inside. I can't imagine being deprived of the smile I have been blessed with. I don't want another to be deprived of enjoying their own smile and would love to know that the family and friends around those kids are enjoying their smiles as well."

Click on this link for Esther Friedman's new website

Creator and Photographer Faleena Hopkins
www.smileportraitproject.comEsther Friedmanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00747405375956519742noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-809351136694693068.post-28813071167377887282010-04-13T07:54:00.000-07:002010-10-10T18:44:32.201-07:00Space on White Contest.
